One annual subscription. No monthly plan, no free tier, no automatic renewal, and no charge you have not been told about first. We would rather quote you one honest number than advertise a small one and add to it later.
1. What it costs

There is one plan. We do not sell a multi-shop or staff-login tier, because those features do not exist yet. When they do, we will price them here and not before.
2. GST
CredSetu Technologies Private Limited is not presently registered under GST and does not currently charge GST. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. We issue a receipt, not a tax invoice. If GST becomes applicable after registration, it will be added to future invoices and disclosed to you before payment.
3. How paying works
- You are told the full price first. Before any money changes hands you are given a receipt showing the full annual price, what you have paid, and what is still due.
- You may pay an advance to start. A part payment made before the full annual fee is an advance against the subscription price, applied in full against it. It is not a deposit, we do not hold it as one, and we pay no interest on it. If you change your mind we refund it within seven days.
- Nothing renews automatically. There is no standing instruction on your account. When the year ends, carrying on is a fresh decision you make.
- Money back. Tell us within 30 days of paying and we refund the unused months pro-rata. Full terms on the Refund and Cancellation page.
4. What is included today
We list only what works now. Anything not on this list is not something you are paying for.
- The digital udhaari ledger — every customer, every amount, every due date.
- Reminder messages, drafted for you in Marathi or Hindi, which you send from your own WhatsApp.
- Promise-to-pay tracking.
- Receipts.
- Your outstanding dashboard.
- Support in Marathi, by phone and WhatsApp.
5. What we do not charge
- No commission on money you recover. What your customers pay you is yours.
- No per-transaction fee on ledger entries.
- No setup fee.
- No charge to export your own data, during your subscription or in the 30 days after it ends.
- No charge for a refund.
